Important Notice and Review

It is extremely important to note, that the Basic Information and the Vesting Model criteria must be identical to the original SAFT agreement and will be verified by the Project Team which will be explained in the Verification Process through the Manage tab. The only information that institution has the ability to set on their own terms is how they wish to distribute the Token Allocation.

Once all the information has been filled out, it is time to Review the Definition of all the information by pressing the NEXT button. IT IS AT THIS POINT THAT YOU NEED TO DOUBLE-CHECK AND MAKE SURE ALL OF THE INFORMATION IS CORRECT. ONCE THE CONFIRM BUTTON IS CLICKED, ALL THE PARAMETERS WILL BE STORED ON THE BLOCKCHAIN AND CAN NOT BE MODIFIED.
